You Don’t Lack Confidence. You Lack Reps
Confidence isn’t a personality trait, it’s a muscle. And if it feels weak, it’s probably because you haven’t trained it consistently, not because you weren’t “born with it.”
We wait to feel confident before we act. But it’s the other way around. Confidence grows through reps—uncomfortable, imperfect, awkward reps.
Here’s how to start stacking them:
Say it before you rehearse it – Confidence comes from showing up rough, not polished. Talk before you're “ready.”
Do the thing and cringe later – Overthinking is just delayed courage. Hit send, then deal with your feelings.
Track bold moves, not wins – Keep a “reps list” of times you chose courage over comfort. That’s your real progress.
Borrow someone else’s script – Use language from people who move how you want to. Speak it until it’s yours.
Start small but visible – Post the video. Ask the question. Pitch the idea. Private growth is safe—but confidence demands witnesses.
Confidence isn’t something you wait for. It’s something you earn—rep by rep.
